Hello there,

Similar to last year, could you help us design a pocket size roll-fold brochure for the 2026 World Cup matches schedule, following the FIFA's Intellectual Property Guidelines? Since we're not sponsoring or affiliated with FIFA, we are not allowed to use any of their logos/icons/slogans, etc., etc.,

We are attaching the template for the front & back of the brochure, on Panel 1 is where the Title will need to go with a football/soccer graphic and our logo. Title: Calendario de Fútbol 2026. Even though the title is in Spanish, the rest can be in English.

I found this schedule design online (Etsy) that I like mainly because of the colors as it is easy to read, but it has the location/stadium and it might be too much information for the pocket size we want to print.

If you need to save space, you can leave the stadium/location out; however, please include the country's flag for each match and the following:
Date format: MM/DD
Time format: HH/MM AM/PM EST

Hi Subhasis,

Not sure, if you had time to read my email from yesterday (see pdf attached), but that email had more information on the details we needed. I love the design colors; however, the brackets are bit disorganized and missing a few things. Also, please remove any transparent images (soccer balls/players) you have on the back of the panels, as it looks too congested and might be hard to read when they people start writing down the matches scores.

In additoin, can you please make the following changes:
- Using Piola's 2018 Calendar sample's brackets, and leaving the current colors combination, perhaps try putting all matches into 1 line, and start with the date/ time, and the match, and add the white boxes for people to write the score of the matches.
- If you need to delete the (EST) for more space, please do so. It's really not needed. All my clients or audience are in Miami, and we are EST.
- Can you convert the military times to standard time/civilian time?
- At the bottom of the group, all groups should have a 1st & 2nd place winner (not Winnner & Loser). Please refer to Piola's sample
- Can you please fix the round of 32/ round of 16, etc.,etc. They're too confusing. maybe you can use the FIFA's brackets as a reference, as they mention the Match # (M##) and the Winner of X Group. For examale, the final game is M104 and it will be between W101 vs. W102. Again, please refer to FIFA's bracket schedule as a reference and Piola's 2018 Pocket Calendar sample (on email sent yesterday - see pdf).

FYI, both samples I had sent you (Etsy's and Piola's included the white boxes for the scores). Etsy's had other pictures showing the playoffs brackets, showing the match #.

Okay, you almost got it... We're only missing the match # column and some modification to allow people to write down the name of the teams and scores from the Round of 32 to the Finals section. Please see image showing the sample I created using the frist 2 games (match 73 & 74) as an example. Notice that as part of the modifications, I changed the fonts (size)/colors to match the bracket design on previous panels.

Also, can you make sure that all the matches dates & times are corrrect. I noticed that match # 4 had the wrong time. Adding the match # column to all the playoff brackets will help you verify all the date/time for each match. I think we're missing the playoff bracket for 3rd place. :( Please, please WE NEED INCLUDE ALL MATCHES from M73 (first plyaoff game) to M104 (Final).

One last thing, can you get rid of the soccer/field/trumpets/confettis images around the FINALS section? I want it clean, as I might put another sponsor's logo there.

NOTE: Need your help verifying all the data, as we are so behind on this, and I'm afraid we're not going to have sufficient time to verify all the details before we print.
