Hello there,

Could you help me create the real estate sign design for our friend Isaac Rojas at Century 21? The artwork consist of a small signage (finished size 24"x6") that goes on top of the real estate post, and a large signage (finished size 24" x 18") that goes on the bottom (please see PIC of the finished signs on post.png). I'm attaching the template for both, which include a 1/2" bleed all around. I'm also including a picture (Sample of Fonts type for new IRojas Century 21 sign.jpeg) of a RE sign the customer took to show us the type of font he would prefer.

NOTE: The FOR SALE portion will go on the small sign. Please vectorize the logo in case he decides to change the color of the font, and as always please send me the fonts you use in case he would like to make any minor change/modification.

Instructions from customer for the main portion (large sign):
Hello I would only want my contact info along with my name. I would like to have it all
Black with gold lettering if that’s possible, with the following information alone with the logo:
