hello there,

could you help us convert the EPS format file to a PDF file? The customer sent us the file, but we're having issue opening it in our Ai. I'm able to see the image, but not able to open it in adobe illustrator some reason.


I"m attaching the image on how it's supposed to look like for your reference. The artwork size is approx. 12 Ft x 7.5 Ft..
