Hi,
I had sent you an email about this issue. I know that 2-years ago we had asked you to put a filter in the form and block all IP Addresses from Russia and Ukraine as we've been receiving too many bots emails from there. This person, RobertDex, with IP address #85.209.11.20 has submitted more than 500 emails since Friday via our domain's form (See attached pics). Can you do anything about this ASAP? Please help us with this.

2. info@psbmiami.com is not there in you hosting email list. Please check the screenshot.
  
  Please check if it resolves the issue else have to implement a spam filter into you contact us page which will cost $30

Hello there,

We're having a lot of issues with the current contact form... WE've been bombarded with a lot of phishing/spam/garbage emails and we've been blocking many of the IP addresses ourselves since last week, but the hacker seems to be using multiple IP addresses.. Can you please help us? We can't be all day blocking IPs... It's very time consuming... The previous website had a good contact form, and I do remember having a better captcha system than this one.. What happened?

Also, I think that when we replaced the e-commerce with the static website, we used the wrong one.. There was a better version static website that didn't have any email addresses on our pages and its captcha was better - similar to 305cleaners... We shouldn't be able to see any email address on any page... that's the purpose of the form. There's a lot of vendor who go to our website and send their information to all those emails (no need for that). WE just want prospective clients.

Also, no physical address was on the previous static website.. Just an image of the Google map reflecting the International Airport Area.. The purpose of this was that we didn't want customers or vendors to visit us at our production site, as we are working remotely from home and doing everything via email or phone...

Maybe since you're going to be doing all these changes, we could do a maintenance on our website. We're planning to make a few changes on the current website as we would like to improve its look and content, but Julie will be contacting you when she's ready.

Sorry ! i was out of town for few days.

I implement few thing please check and let me know.
1. Email changes to sales@psbmiami.com throuout your website.
2. Removed Map from contact us page just use address as "Miami, FL, near Miami Int'l Airport"
3. Use a 5 digit captcha instead of 1 0r 2 digit.
i create a new email sales@psbmiami.com. Below are email setting details.

Username: sales@psbmiami.com
Password: t{EGgeZCcgYx
Incoming Server: psbmiami.com
IMAP Port: 993 POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: psbmiami.com
SMTP Port: 465

Let me know situation and other changes you want.

Hi Subhasish,

What we would like is for any of our e-mail addresses not to appear on our website at all, but instead everything addressed through the Contact Us form, with a system similar to the one you set-up for 305clean.com, including the reCaptcha "I am not a robot" box.

We think this will help minimize the spam e-mails we are receiving. Please see attachment for more details.

Hello my friend. I hate to say this, but whatever you did hasn't worked.. We've receiving hundreds of garbage/bots emails through our website. We don't have time to be blocking all those IP Addresses.. I don't think they're coming through our Contact form. Could you check any other way they could be sending thos emails? I noticed that with this website, people could register themselves to use the website, but there's no captcha to avoid bots.

There has to be another way that the bots are coming through... Please help!

please note spam protection is not in our hand. this is completely server issue. Most of the server have spam protection enabled. that automaticaly track and block spam.

you want to integrate captcha and your account is enabled with google captcha. That is the last work i did.

Godaddy do not have such facility into your account i guess. Please talk to them once.

For a security check your psbmiami website will be down for 2 days this weekend and by sunday i will live it again. i will check few issue.
