Project Description :
Hello there,

Could you help us create a couple of options for invoice form design for our friends at Juster 247? They are a plumbing company would like a design with their logo on the top middle portion, and the invoice # on the top right corner. Finished Size should be 8.5"w x 5.5"h (horizontal), but artwork should include a 0.125" bleed on each side. The print will be in 1-color (black).
