Hi Subhasish,

Our customer would like to modify the design created last year for their parking garage hangtags. The design will be basically the same, they would just like to add a white palm tree on the right-hand side of the front of the hang tag, something subtle.

They also would like to make the following changes to the overall design:
Change the background color to tan overall
Change the color of the text that reads Resident Parking Permit to Navy Blue
Change the color of the text for the permit number to Black
