Hello and hope all is well.

Our friends at PriceSmart sent us a couple employee board samples made out of wood and aluminum, to see if we could do something like those in acrylic, but they would like to see a design first of the following:

01 Employee of the Month board size: 50"W x 40H
02 Supervisor of the Quarter board size: 36"W x 36"H
03 Manager of the year board size: 14"W x 17"H

Please feel free to adjust the fonts for each accordingly, and the hot-pink squares/rectangular shapes represent the area we would like for the space for each employee/supervisor or manager for each respective board. I'm attaching the templates and the drawings of wha the customer sent us to guide us on the placement of items.

I'm also attaching the samples they had seen in wood & aluminum so you could have an idea of what they're trying to create in acrylic; along withe their company's values.

Note: For the values, if it's too information, please just use the main words only.

For now, please create a couple of sample of designs for each. This is just to give provide them with a mock-up/draft/idea.

Hi Subhasish,

We finally got a feedback from our customer regarding this project. We can go ahead and create the "PS Values" portion. There's a new wrinkle; they want us to incoporate the "Most Loved Workplace 2022 Certified" (MLWP)logo on each board. I placed them on different location on each respective board, but I think that for the supervisor, manager and employee of the year board, it will interfere with the PriceSmart Values at the bottom. They wanted to place it next to the PS logo on top (in small), but I think it's going to look weird. Try to incorporate it at the bottom middle with the "PS Values". If it's too hard, then place it on the top-right side next to the PS Logo. The MLWP doesn't have to be huge, as long as you think they'll be able to read them. For the 01 Employee of the Month Board, you should be ok with the MLWP logo placement (see revised template).

In addition to the changes I made, they added another board, Employee of the Year Board. It's pretty much the same size and format as the Manager of the Year Board.

MLWP Logo: You're going to have to recreate the Most Loved Workplace Logo becaause the one I found online is an image.

PS Values: For the PS Values, if it's too information, please just recreate the icon/symbols with main words only (Accountability, Passion, Integrity, etc., etc., ). It's important we maintain the same colors on the symbols.

Hot-Pink Guide: The Hot-Pink dots and rulers were add to serve you as a guide and remind us where the holes for the standoffs will be drilled. Please try not to put important information to close to them.

Corporate Guidelines: I'm attaching their revised Corp Guidelines so you are aware of the fonts & colors they would like for us to use. I made the fonts changes on the picture frame designs, but no on the boards.

Hi Subhasish,

The picture frames are okay as is (files 05 thorugh 08), and I will present them; however the boards are not.

In regards to the boards, perhaps I didn't explain myself, but I would like for you to recreate the Pricesmart Value diagram without the white background and incorporate it to each board at the bottom. Please use a white border on the cirlces symbols and lines, and text white so we can use the board's blue background. In other words, don't use the existing white background as the image I had originally send you.

Also, the layout of the boards I had sent you yesterday were the one approved by the customer. No need to create more layouts.

For the "most loved workdplace certificate", just incorporate in the 01 employee board. The rest, leave them without it so I can review their best location with the customer.
