Hello and hope all is well with you.

Can you please help us creating a few design options for our friends at PriceSmart for the Most Loved Workplace's campaign poster signage?

Size: 46.5" x 34" (horizontal)

They sent us some design layout ideas for you to use...

They also sent us scanned images of the Newsweek's cover page and 2 inside pages they would like for us to incorporate in the message along with Sherry's (their CEO) message in both languages (sent to you separately via email). I was able to find Newsweek's cover page artwork online in high res; perhaps you can add an effect to the image to make it look like the actual magazine. In addition, I'm also including images (DETAILED) of the most important portion of those inside pages they really want on the design. I was thinking that you could recreate those DETAILS and make it look like cut-out of the magazine and incorporate it within the design. Please use your magic.

I'm also attaching their new logo, Sherry's high res picture and MLW Heart Logos they used in their original message (sent to their employees via email), so you can recreate the message and incorporate it in the design.

This last link includes Newsweek America's MLW 2022 Banner LOGO they used on another design for a similar campaign. You don't have to use it, but it's there in case you need it.

Hi,

Can you send me the vector/pdf format if you have it available, so I can make a few minor changes before submitting to customer as a draf? Also, please leave the text editable and provide me with the font(s) type you used.

If it's not available, no worries I'll submit design drafts as-is, but I don't think it's not what they were expecting. I'll keep you posted.

Hi Subhasish, hope all is well.

The customer like the version we updated (see attached pdf file). In addition to the obvious updates we made, please make the following changes:
- make the magazine pages look straight. right page looks kind of slanted.
- Sherry's message it should state "PriceSmart Named on Newsweek’s List.."
- center bottom part of the design (cover & pages) with the bottom hot-pink dots, which represent the holes of the signage.
Can you make the changes to your versions and send me the vector version with the text editable in case they would like to make any additional changes? As always, please provide me with all fonts you used.

Hi Subhasish,

To the last version you sent me "Design for PriceSmart Acrylic-Poster Signage.pdf", I did a few changes (as per the client's instructions), but copy and paste the images over it. Can you make the adjustments to your version and send it back to me?

These are the changes I made:
- Reduced the red line box around cover & pages of magazine and align them with each other. Making sure that the size of border of magazine's cover and pages are the same.
- Centered the Newsweek's MLWP seal in between above mentioned items.
- Centerered and aligned the above mentioned items with the space below the paragraph and the bottom drilled hole mark (hot-pink dot - located at each corner of the rectangle).
Once you revised the large frame (46.5"x34"), can you convert the revised design to a smaller size frame (14"x10.25"), but assuring that the fonts are legible. The smallest font size cannot be less than 6; making sure that the announcement font is at least 7 points or bigger. The smaller frame design should look as close as possible to the larger size design, but if you need space, you may delete Sherry's pic, reduce the Pricesmart Logo a bit, and delete the white chalk lines above and below Sherry's announcement. We wont' drill holes on the smaller frame, so you may get rid of the drilled-hole guide (hot-pink dots). Please stay away at least 1/2" from the border.

Please send me both design sizes and adjust the invoice for this job accordingly.

Hello,

This customer is replacing their CEO, and will be printing the sign on a different material other than acrylic, so the drill holes will no longer be needed.

Can you make the following changes to this version (see link)?
- Remove the lady's picture
- Remove the hot pink dots (indicating the holes guide)
- Increase the font of the 2 paragraphs
- Move each paragraph's respective title "PriceSmart named on Newsweek..." on top/center of paragraph.
- Get rid of the white powder looking lines that are on the current paragraph on top/bottom.
- Center the magazine pages accordingly

Once you make those changes, please save it as a new version, and then create other design options as they're still not satisfied with the current design. Size is still the same: 46.5"W x 34"H
