Hello,

Could you help us design PriceSmart's Vendor's FTA Responsibilities brochure in ENG & SPA version? The following link contains the text in word document for both versions.

The idea is for you to concentrate on the ENG version first and once they approve the final design, we'll use the same design to incorporate the SPA version. Please use this project request for both brochure versions, and charge us accordingly.

This brochure should be 7 pages (including the front & back cover). Final size should be 8.5" x 11".

This brochure will consist of:

Page 1: Front Cover Page
Page 2: Letter from Ana Luisa Bianchi - Pending scanned signature
Page 3-5: Vendor FTA Responsibilities
Page 6: FTA's Guaranty From Vendor to PriceSmart
Page 7: Back Cover Page

NOTE: for the Vendor FTA Responsibilities portion, you should make it 3 pages, because the SPA version is a big longer and might require more space to fit all the text, and they would like for both versions to have the same amount of pages.

They like the font and colors you used for the Legal Dept. brochure. You may use the PriceSmart logo and some pics from the Legal Dept. brochure, but you may incorporate other nice quality pictures as well.

For now, please send me the ENG version brochure.

Hello,

Please make the following adjustments:
- Title of brochure to: PriceSmart's Vendor Free Trade Agreements Responsibilities
- Can you make the Front & Back background transparent? Similar to the legal dept. brochure you just made for them? I like the semi-circle design but can you change the green/dark green combination and perhaps try using colors that would match better with their usual colors PMS299(RED) / PMS286 (BLUE)/ GRAY and WHITE? Or perhaps just incorporate the image of the globe in the background, something like what they have on their home website: https://www.pricesmart.com/site/es/seleccionar-pais
- Pg 2: Can you include just the signature portion, and not the "DocusignedBy and numbers" around it? Also please make the signature a bit bigger. Looks too small.
Also, I'm attaching another picture of one of their stores/warehouse, in case you would like to use a different one.

Hi Subhasish,

Can you make the following modification please, as described in the attached.
- On the cover page, eliminate the photo, increase the font size for the title and reposition, and add the icon described in the attachment. Instead of the photo and design, replace with a world map background with transparency similar to the cover page of the PriceSmart Legal brochure. This same background and transparency level should be used on the back cover.
- Replace photos of ladies on pages 3-5 with stock images related to free trade, such as a port, containers, merchandise customs area, map (some examples provided on attachment)
- On page 6 that contains the agreement, remove image and reduce the size of the header area. At the same time, add the PriceSmart logo and the icon mentioned in the first bullet point in this area. Increase the font size of the agreement text.

Hi Subhasish,

For the English version, please make the following changes:
- On the title page, please remove the word PriceSmart's from the title.
- The client wants to split the text on 4 (the page with the image of the woman) between pages 3 and 5. See attachment for how to split text. This would eliminate page 4. Reduce the space used for the photo to accomodate the additional text.
- Replace the photo on page 2 (page with letter) to the image named Image Ship at Port 2.jpeg. Please blur or discreetly cover the name of the ship.
- Replace the photo on the new page 4 with the image named Image Trasport 2.jpeg. Reduce the space to be used for the photo, as you will need more space due to the additional text moved to this page.
Once these changes are made, create the Spanish version based on this format. There is some additional text on the Spanish version. You may need to add an additional page to accomodate for his to keep the same font size, etc.
