Hello,
Can you make the following changes to the last version you sent me.
For the PriceSmart Legal Digital Document ONLY:
- Currently PDF Page #2: Eliminate page 2 completely. They will only keep 1 cover page (page 1).
- Currently PDF Page #5 (Contents): Change OFAC POLICIES to OFAC POLICY. Change THIRD-PARTY VENDOR MANAGEMENT to THIRD-PARTY RISK MANAGEMENT
- Currently PDF Page #14: Change current title to RISK AND COMPLIANCE POLICIES - OFAC AND THIRD PARTY RISK MANAGEMENT
- Currently PDF Page #15: Change OFAC POLICIES TO OFAC POLICY. Same for the footers on page 15 & 16.
- Currently PDF Page #17: Title should be THIRD-PARTY RISK MANAGEMENT. Same change for the footers on page 17, 18 and 19.
- Currently PDF Page #18: Eliminate first sentence, “Why is the TPP POLICY IMPORTANT?" Change format of the sentence that reads "WHY IS THE THIRD PARTY RISK MANAGEMENT IMPORTANT?" to Bold Green (same as the other titles)
- Currently PDF Page #19: Change "An approval from R&C must be obtained before setting up the third-party in the Accounting or any other type of Company systems or databases." to "An approved background check is required before a TPP can be added to any Company system or database*" and change the font's color, from red to white.
For the Risk & Compliance section ONLY Digital Document:
Please make sure that all pages/sections numbers didn't change, and if they did please send me a new Risk & Compliance section seperately.
