    Ans: We reduce the file size from 200MB to 13 MB. Please check loading time now.
    Added dev site you can check. On live site it need some time to integrate this.

    3. Should we add a form for people to contact us with any inquiries? Just to make it easier for them to ask for an estimate or questions about a product. Similar to other sections in the website, such as “Brochures”

    1. Please use some of the high res pictures from the PPE booklet for the banner.
    2. Please incorporate “KEEPING YOUR INVESTMENT AND ASSETS SAFE” underneath “PSB MIAMI HAS YOU COVERED” NOTE: SAME FONT TYPE/SIZE/ AS THE OTHERS. Rotation timing same as the others.

    Also, since you’re working on the updates to the website, can you revise the captcha forms? People are calling claiming is confusing to submit a message via the form.
    Perhaps we could apply a combination of “I’m not a robot” and a quick message, such as: “To continue or submit message, type the characters you see in the picture.” Similar to these type of captcha forms.

    Attached is an Excel Sheet, containing BellPromo's top sellers, we'd discussed incorporating in our Promos section, but with e-commerce capability.  Can we try to make this section's functionality/ process like the one from Discountmugs.com? 

    I would like to have the design capability.  


    I think we should try 1 item from the list first, before we start pupulating the page with other items, in order to test the entire purchasing process for completeness and functionality before moving forward with the additional items.  Once we're okay with 1 item, we should continue with the rest of BelPromo's items.  

    The current Promo page is currently linked to (PSBPromos.com).  The idea is to list those "Top Sellers" items in the new Promo Page, but have a link visible on all the items, giving the audience the option to look for more items...  Some sort of button will work, please label it as "SEE OUR OTHER PROMO ITEMS".

    Also, you're welcome to suggest design change.  For example, see picture attached.  Let's try to eliminate unused/unnecessary space that takes away our products' visibility from the customers' eyes. 

    I would like for the e-commerce website not to change too drastically for the current audience, but would love to make it very user-friendly and CLEAN. For example, Discountmugs.com... 

    Also, I would like for you to help me with the pictures of the Print Marketing section... For example, Uprinting.com

    If you were to go to their site, their e-commerce is super clean, easy to navigate and they offer samples of the product and comparison..  

    We're in the process of finalizing the information for the Print Marketing and Signs & Banners sections.

    We love the look of the page so far, like the blue you are using too.

    We noticed a couple of things with the mug 7102 product page:  

    • Gray area on top where logo is, can we use it as an advertising banner for other products?

    Section 2- Select Print Method

    • The Select Print Method options are not available (Order with Logo, Full Color, Laser Engraved, etc.)
    • Mug pricing does not change with color selection
    • Design capability not incorporated/available

    Section 3 - Select Quantity

    • Additional Imprint and Set-up fees in the Product Price Details do not increase in the with quantity or number of imprint colors selected 
    • Product Price is rounded

    Section 4 - Select Delivery Date

    • Shipping rate does not change with increased quantity purchased (shipping costs are the same if you order 12 mugs or 72)
    • Remove pickup option 
    • Shipping rates do not automatically calculate (have to click on Get Shipping Rates button each tie a new option is selected
    • Rounding from the Select Quantity section carries over to this section.  Total sometimes does not calucate correctly.
    • How is the system calculating UPS rates? We would like it to be the same rates as BelPromo based on quantity and product.

    Add to Cart

    • Add to Cart function should not work unless all required fields have a response (print method, number of colors, etc)
    • Prices in the order section do not match selections (1 color, full color, etc)
    • Subtotal and Totals do not include set-up and shipping fees

    Description section

    • Please move State field between the City and Zip Code fields.  Include US states first in alphabetical order, then the Canadian provinces in alphabetical order (similar to BelPromo).
    • Country field should only include United States and Canada (not presently shipping to other countries)
    • Returning Customer - user ID and password just created is not working
    • When clicking on the Privacy Policy, it collapses all the sections and does not show the privacy policy

    Account & Delivary Address mispelled.  Should be Account and Delivery Address

    Can you add a couple of additional products (PSBATOT11f and PSBABP323) using the BelPromo list so we can see how multiple products will look

    We reviewed the updated link and have the following comments for now:  

    • Price for blank units is incorrect, as it is appearing as more that the units with a logo (i.e for 12 units:  $2.26 with logo, $3.55 blank)
    • Product price does not include additional imprint fee.  Two colors should be $18.00, 3 colors  $30.00.
    • Product price is still rounding.  This rounding is also affecting the Grand Total price.
    • Not all mug color options are available.

     

    On another note, for the live website, would it be possible to do the following: 

    • Add a link to the PPE booklet at the top of the page between Home and Print & Marketing. 
    • Change the background pictures on the PPE banner to some images from the PPE booklet, maybe a barrier, sanitizing station, and a banner stand.  The image of the books in the background, although nice, doesn't relate to PPE.
    • Change the PPE booklet format to flip the pages like a book, instead of the user having to scroll through the entire length of the file.  Tabs to go to each section would be a great addition.

    We reviewed the latest additions, and have the following observations on the banners by product category:

    • Ceramic Mugs - A little difficult to read, perhaps change the font to black
    • Tote Bags - No banner
    • Pens - Banner with glasses displayed instead of pens.

     

    Please see attached an example of the rounding error we've mentioned.

    For your comments below, I see the cart icon at the top of the screen.  Should we be able to see items in the cart at this point, or is this still in process?  I tried to add a couple of different items to the cart, but nothing appears.

    Hi Subhasish,

    First of all, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!

     

    We were able to put some items in the shopping cart and everything calculated correctly. Please see attached document for some minor corrections to the customer registration form.  We went through the steps all they way to the payment and saw that it is already linked to PayPal.  Excellent!

    Hi Subhasish,

     

    Thank you for the updates.

    Attached is a document with a couple of observations on the shopping cart page.

    Would it be possible for you to send us a list of all the products and their details, such as PSB item #, description, etc you have added so far?  

     

    Also, we need to add a workflow to the ordering process to allow us to review and approve the design created or submitted by the customer, and check the inventory as well, before the customer is charged.  This should include an e-mail to us when the order/purchase order has been submitted, an e-mail to the customer at the same time to let them know that we are reviewing the design submitted, and a final e-mail to the customer once the design is approved and the inventory verified, which will trigger the payment processing. We can create a flow chart if you need.  I'm not sure if you have something similar set-up for other customers that could be used as a foundation.  If the workflow could include a link to QuickBooks in order to create purchase orders/invoices, etc. along the way, that would be great in order to make the process as automated as possible.

     

    We will take a look at the admin panel to review the promoproduct display you mentioned.

    Ans: Yes once order placed after signup/login by user without payment -> Both admin and user receive email. -> Both can communicate -> Admin will ask for payment via a predefined email


    We can create a flow chart if you need. I'm not sure if you have something similar set-up for other customers that could be used as a foundation.

    1. In the checkout page there is a button labeled as "Place order and pay later", clicking this button customer will able to create an order without payment.
    2. Then in both the admin and customer panel, both are communicating with each other as well as upload a new file and approve and un-approve those files.
    3. After approved files customer has a pay now button, by clicking they can pay the order amount when they want.

    Please take note of the comments in the column H, Options to Include in Website.  We are using uprinting.com as a reference, but they offer some variations that we do not at the moment.  Notations may be something like ONLY 5x7, etc.  So uprinting may offer many different sizes, but we offer only the ones noted.  Or it may be options for type of paper, color, etc.  Please let me know if you have any questions.

    I think that perhaps the confusion was caused by the details in column H of the spreadsheet, maybe you misunderstood that we only wanted to include those fields.  In actuality, the fields included in that column were the fields that needed modifications from uprinting.com, all other fields should be just as in uprinting, for each specification.  For instance, in the sample attached for oil Business Cards, some options change depending on the paper requested (14pt or 16pt) Please let me know if you need further clarification.

    Ans. we try to match the price like upprint but it cannot be exact same unless we know the exact implemental price for every option changes. We make some variation from our admin panel.

    It is very important to inform you that after live we can add product, category, sub category other funtionality etc. In one word we can do anything in live. So feel free to live this site. After checking existing added product and prices.

    I fix below issues which you mentioned in your document.

    1. Postcards Raised Spot UV – When option to print on both sides is selected, the option to include Spot UV on both sides is not available. Shipping fees are not calculating for any options/quantities

    2. Postcards Silk – Quantities of 10,000 are calculating to either $1.00 or $2.00 depending on options. Shipping fees are not calculating for any options/quantities

    Also, on the painted edge business cards, please change the color of the edge color option from "ed" to "Red" (misspelling)

     

    I am working updating pricing in balanced 3 products in print product section.

    we need to talk to godaddy aboutr an issue.

    Mentioned below.

    "I have created a form which have more than 1000 fields. But when i tries to update the form, the form won't submited. I think its max_input_vars issue. I read the documentation of Godaddy where documented that php.ini value change via .user.ini. I create the file but no success. The same form submited and updated into localhost. Can you Please review the issue."

    We have reviewed the last three items added.  The only issue noted was that for the foil postcards, when the 16 pt cardstock paper option is selected, the prices only appear if the Spot UV "Yes" option is selected.  If "No" is selected for Spot UV, the amount shows as $0.00.  Please see attached.

     

    Are you still working on the shopping cart portion?  I tested a bit today and noticed some issues.  If still working on it will revisit when you advise completion.  See attached.

    Hi Subhasish,

     

    Attached are a discretionary sales tax table and zip code list by county for the State of Florida.  We are not required to collect sales taxes from other states, only Florida.  The base sales tax rate for Florida is 6%.  

     

    So, if you go to the discretionary sales tax list, it states that Alachua county has a total of 1% discretionary tax, so the total sales tax for that county would be 7%.  Alachua county has 20 zip codes, so any orders coming from those zip codes should be assessed a total tax rate of 7%.  This calcuation would apply throughout the list.  Can you work with this data to calcuate the sales taxes for the e-commerce site?

     

    The tax rate table gets updated annually, so we would have to review and make changes annually applicable on the first day of each year.  There are a couple (Flagler and Santa Rosa cunties) that have taxes that expire at the end of this year.

     

    Also, would you be able to have available some type of report that could identity sales from counties that have a discretionary sales tax, for our reporting the the state tax authorities?

    For sales tax We have created the backend section system -> Service tax. And entering data here.

    Attached are the new write-ups for the Print & Marketing products, in the order that they appear on the website.  Please remove all text currently within each of these products, including the text in the FAQ section where applicable.

    Hi Subhasish,

     

    Content changes look good.  Thank you.  One of the corrections noted on the last communication on the Raised Spot UV business cards remains pending, please see attached.  Also for the Foil Business Card, when Spot UV option is No, the overall price reflects as $0.00.

     

    As far as the Sales Taxes, I randonmly checked differnt counties/zip codes and they were calculating correctly with the applicable surtax rates in the Shopping Cart :).  However, on the promotional products, if you change the quantity while in the shopping cart, the sales tax appears as $0.00.  Please see print screens attached.

    Please correct and test these issues.  We are spending a lot of time going back and forth with these type of issues, and really need to get the website into production so we can resolve any issues that arise, add the design module, and continue adding products once the site is running correctly.

    Ans: Yes sorry! But for development, this is very common and painful to test and fixate.

    We would like to go live as soon as possible in order to see the response to the website and determine if any tweaking is necessary on the functionality.  Once we see that the website is running smoothly, we can continue to add the additional products.

    Thank you for making the decision to go live. We know only this way we can tweak a lot of necessary thing on the customer as well as operation point of view.

    For a new PayPal account, we need a Paypal Email id only.

    We already working on a custom design thing to update you from time to time.

    Just take the decision to go live as soon as possible by changing your Paypal email id.

    One suggestion is to run SEO continuously for at least another 6 months to get good results.

    • Please change the spelling of the button to Design Now
    • We need each product to not have an image when the design process begins.  The customer should be able to create their design with a blank product so they can truly see what their product will look like with their design, either created online or with an uploaded file.
    • Add more options to the Gallery function (currently only six options)

     

    We were also expecting the design tool for the Print & Marketing products to be implemented along with the promotional products.  We're concerned because we have spent alot of time and resources fixing the sales tax issues, and now the design tool.  We are a small company and honestly were not expecting to spend this much money and time on this project.  Please let us know how much it will cost to implement the design tool for the Print & Marketing section, as we need to make a decision whether to continue with the project. We have not yet received any inquiries or hits since the e-commerce function went live.   

    Please also separate the business card section into two separate sections:

    • Business Cards
    • Postcards

    Ans: Yes the logo present into existing product. Now if you want not to have logo etc then have to update clear product images. second after design user can export images and can upload into order page 5th option.

    Ans: Yes we tested with 6 option. To increase more option you need to tell us which one you want.

    Ans: See the design tool is really different from product to product. We implemented for promo item and if you provide time then we can implement to any product you like.
    I am not sure what you mention about money and time. This kind of project is really a big one and have to implement step by step and we are doing that. Also website and marketing are different, if you are not getting customer then please rething about your marketing process. Lastly for print & marketing section we need another 15-20 days separately.

    We replied to your prior message on November 10th with the following text:

     

    Hi Subhasish,

     

    We didn’t want you to remove the entire design option, just fix the default image issue and disable the gallery (where you had the 6 icons/images before, i.e. Pikachu figure)

     

     

     

    Please restore the design tool in the promotional products section, but remove the gallery option.  Also, please fix the error that is occurring that the default product design does not get replaced with the created design; the customer should have a blank product to work with and have a good idea of what their final product will look like.

     

    Please also restore the print product categories that were removed, even though they will not have an e-commerce option.  We want our customers to know all of the products and services that we provide.  Please do not remove or disable the business card and post card categories that currently have e-commerce features.  Keep these and add back the others.
