Hello,

Can you help me recreate this invoice form on a vector format? The client send me the pdf, but apparently when he saved it to PDF it split it into 4-pages. I hope you're able to understand it and put the pieces together.

The sizes of the form should 5.5" x 8.5" (vertical).
