Hello,

Would it be possible to add the following 3 fields to the 305Clean.com form section? But making the "Preferred language.." a drop-down option, to the 305Clean.com form section:

ENGLISH SECTION

Telephone
Brief description of your needs
Preferred language when contacting you: English/ Spanish/ Either


SPANISH SECTION

Teléfono
Breve descripción de su preferencia
Idioma de preferencia para contactarlo: Inglés/ Español/ Ambos

We noticed they received many emails but with out a phone number to reach them.

    Can you make all fields (except "Tel#" and "brief description" fields) mandatory before submitting inquiry? 

     

    Brief Description should only be mandatory when the "Choose Type of Service" field = "Other Service". 

    Please make these changes on both languages.
