Please remember that you tried using a Workspace Email (info@305clean.com) for the website's form, but it wasn't working, so you created 2 emails through the website.

The best thing is to configure the emails you created for them, to test if they work.

IMAP Port: 993 POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: 305clean.com
SMTP Port: 465
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.

Please try the above information. I try and its working on my end.

In regards to their email, would you be able to make the email switch we talked about yesterday? They would prefer to use the Workspace Email from GoDaddy because with that one, you're able to receive & reply to emails and it's unlimited business. Attached is a picture of the Webmail settings. I give you permisision to access it to test it. I will send you the password via whatsapp...

Please help me with this as this customer is driving me crazy. Charge me accordingly - update the invoice# IN41963270.

i checked workspace email and account talked to godaddy too. No solutions from their end.
