As per discussion had with you about website development here are my initial quote.

This is only possible in php/mysql custom coding. casino.org is a huge site and need fairly 6 month to complete. casino.guru is have bit less functionality and have most of the features and can develop within 3 months time frame.

if you go for base functionality with most of the module with proper seo framework implementation then we can do that in $1500 - $2000 and a Time frame of 2-3 month.
