In a quick evaluation i found these steps you can implement into your website. psbmiami.com

1. people to sing-up for mailchimp or monthly promotional or sales.
2. Make a few changes to the pictures… Put more displays roll ups.
3. customers can log-in with their unique username & password.
4. Customised Shopping Cart.
5. Customised control panel for individual user.
6. Payment Process using(paypal, cards)
7. Email communication via control panel.
8. Artwork or design communication via admin panel.
9. Product addition, alteration via admin.
10. Few admin information system like dashboard for quick information and access
to product, sales, mail , design etc

i mention earlier we work on hourly basis but as per my experience it require approx $900 - $1000 to complete everything.

i need your hosting, ftp information .

Payment terms: 25% advance and rest on % completion basis.

    Topic: PSBMiami.com website revamp and make-up with modifications for easy navigation and e-commerce capabilities. General: We agree with all your suggestions and implementations to our PSBMiami.com website. In addition, we would like to stress the following: • We should try to maintain the order of the products and cleanliness of PSBMiami.com • We would like to have some products automated and user-friendly for customer to place orders and pay online (i.e. as practical as ClubFlyers.com). • Request for Customer to become a user after “Proceed with order”, similar to ClubFlyers.com • Have Design Templates for every respective product, and have it set-up and designed with PSBMiami logo, similar to ClubFlyers.com. • Since not all products will be automated or list prices available, we should have a drop-down form with options, and information for customers to request quotes “Ask for an Estimate” with specs and upload file in case they need to send artwork. • For shipping services, we should offer Courier Service (in Miami-Dade County) as well as Pick-Up at our location, and UPS (Ground/2nd Day Air/ Next Day Air) services. Similar to MiamiPrinting.com • All pictures in website should have our logo (1-color or color, whatever looks good). • Get rid of Address and phone number – use e-mail instead (info@psbmiami.com); Contact page should be the only section of website with address & phone. • For the online forms (i.e. request info), is there a way to make it mandatory for the users to have valid e-mail or information before submitting an e-mail to us? Same thing with user sign-up form and all others. We are experiencing a lot of junk e-mails and we would like to avoid that. • The Tradeshow & Displays page needs a revamp, and would like to see the possibilities of us using the vendors info and images so all inquiries could come to us, instead of our vendor “The Exhibitors’ Handbook. We’ve been using this link as a reference to our clients; however, we just realized that any quote desired or requested, their information goes directly to them; not us.     Hi, Norlan I read complete mail you send me today. As i understand need to change on psbmiami website: 1. Design of PSBmiami remains Same as now. 2. We will implement everything you want as per your mail. My suggession: Module -1: To develop a fully functional website step by step. First work is product category, subcategory, product, attribute(size,color etc), admin panel, full shopping cart(including shipping and payment module), order management etc. Module -2: Second Phase: Business card creator Module -3: Once above 2 module run successfully you can enhance website with more product like promo item etc. Quote: For Module -1 it require 30 working days: cost you approx $ 900-1000 For Module -2 it require 10 working days: cost you approx $ 250 For Module -3 it require 3 working days: cost Will calculate later Payment terms: 25% advance and rest on 25% completion basis. Now for Graphic and artwork related job you want this. 1.     Hi Subhasish, Just wanted to be clear.... Your evaluation on 03/05/18 and today's quote are the same. Overall, for everything mentioned, requested and suggested by your originally since 03/05/18 will be: Module 1: Approx $900-$1000 Module 2: Approx $250 Module 3: $ pending but approx 3 working days. If this is correct, please proceed at once. My urgency is the simple and cosmetic stuff, plus the Trade Show & Displays section. I don't want to use their link.     No in a hurry it mistype Module -3 issue. Practically Module -3 a website like http://www.psbpromos.com/ discountmugs etc, require more time. I am sorry. what i try to mean is we will discuss later about module 3 and after 1 and 2 respectively. Now if you want to start now i can start module 1 with your existing design of psbmiami.com Please pay initial upfront of $200. I am creating a invoice for this.

Aldo, I need your brain to help me improve tracking of our new and current jobs. We are doing everything manual and it’s hard to keep track with everything without knowing what’s coming or what’s on deadline. I would like to create some type of system that would allow us to work all our current project and view their current status. Something that can be integrated with QuickBooks. Any suggestions. I would like to make it easier for us to be more productive and ease to ship and bill customers.

    Looking good. for job panel, what section would the one to keep track of all my internal projects. For example, order A could be assigned to a production manager and a sales person. Assumed that there are only 3 main people that will be using the panel for now; however, only I will be the administrator and they can only view a project if they are assigned to it. There could be a project that is assigned only to a sales person and not the production person and vise versa. For practicing purposes, lets say I am the Adm, Joel is the production person and Johanna is the sales person. let's use our personal e-mail for them to get updates of new and current projects and lets have the dashboard, include important information such as a project #, project name, customer, date started, completion date, current status, priority indicators (low, med, high), and comment. Can we download the list to Excel?

    Hi, I've been checking the FrontEnd and BackEdn Admin part, and for the FrontEnd there is much I can test, correct? For the BackEnd, I was able to create a username (nrojas@psbmiami.com); however, I couldn't figure out how to create a job and assign it to someone (production or sales manager). I imagine that all the orders generated from the website will show-up on our job panel as a job. Correct? That's okay, but how about for those jobs that are created internally; such as a project or order requested by a new client that doesn't go through the website?

From here new order can be add from backend. 2.Shipping Method Ups and Pickup from store implemented in frontend. 3.Job can be assigned from Order List under Order Management. Here a human icon present with every order under Action Tab. Click in this icon page redirect to Job assign page. 4.Grid and List View implemented in frontend product page. Now i am working on shipping method in backend order and payment gateway except paypal which already implanted. website is almost ready. now tell me when to live and complete rest functionality.
