Project Description :
I want to create a form that can be used for multiple clients as well as my self on my own page. The form should be able to have different types of fonts and colors and number of fields so that we can reuse it.

The firs client that needs it is close.se. Their main fornt is Montserrat and I have given it the right brand colors in below screenshots.

Here are 2 slides that represent the entire form, we need to create the 6 steps just like this first one step that the screenshots represent. So instead of the wunderino fields "Set login" and "Confirm your details", we do the items below for Close:

6 fields. in Order:

Email (email, do format-check for email)
Namn (Name text box)
Telefon (phone, optional numbers box
Titel (title. text box)
Hur hittade du oss? (how did you find us. Drop down with 7 options: Just like now on close.com)
Meddelande (message. text box)

The bottom item is just a text that states:

Close font is Montserrat. Please use it all over except for the top message with the arrow: "takes 1 minute". In Swedish this message is: "IntresseanmÃ¤lan tar mindre Ã¤n 1 min."

Lets move the entire form down a little to be more centered in the screen. -Text up top should be: Jag vill utvecklas som chef! HÃ¶r av er och berÃ¤tta mer! -Can we make that top text bold, and the blue of the border of the photo that is attached please. _Can we also make this text the same blue and bold please. -Can we move down all the text for the steps a few pixels to get a little moore room from the top text. -Move down the 5 stars to make more room also. -Please make it so that you can press enter to go to next step. Enter or pus the button, Both works. -I like how you switch from blue to green for the enter button. Can we do that slightly faster? -Instead of Skicka in on the final enter button, please write: HÃ¶r av er! When you click on type final button: HÃ¶r av er! the next thing should be a simple text stating. Tack! Vi hÃ¶r av oss snarast. When exiting the form change text and buttons to: BrÃ¥ttom? LÃ¤mna endast email sÃ¥ skickar vi lite mer info. Din Email Buttons: Skicka -green. StÃ¤ng -Light Blue colors like the stars o previous page. THANK YOU! Also, lets work on making the form really great in mobile also please.

The form is looking really great. On mobile, is it possible to make it â€œhit enterâ€ when you press â€œdoneâ€ on iPhone also? So u donâ€™t really have to press the blue button, but can choose to press the done button only? Another thing that I know Regily does is that on mobile when the user need to input a number, they already put the keyboard up with numbers. Is that difficult to do? Also, I just remembered that we do not have a GDPR checkbox... I think we might need one, right? :( If so we should make it before the email and move the items down a little to fit the checkbox for GDPR in... Then we just need to implement this on the site.

The checkbox text: I accept all terms & conditions Should be: Jag fÃ¶rstÃ¥r att mina uppgifter sparas enligt GDPR Now we are ready to implement this on close. One question is where the user should end up when the form is closed. Perhaps we should remove the last screen stating: "Tack. Vi Ã¥terkommer snarast!" and instead have that message show in the page when the form is closed down? Does that sound like a good way to handle it?

The thank you message after submit should read: Tack. Vi gÃ¶r av oss snarast. We are missing a period right now after Tack. Its is also nice with a new line break like above.

Subhasish, I just thought of something. If someone enters the email, and later presses the X button to quit the signup, can't we just move their email to the second page and just have them press enter on that page to have us save just the email as a lead, instead of asking for it again there on the second page?

Thanks GREAT! One thing I saw is that the text under "BrÃ¥ttom" is very light grey. We should make it a little darker for better readability please, like the grey on the from form. THANK YOU
